The following agreement captures the terms and conditions of use ("Agreement"), applicable to Your use of Indileader.com ("Web Site"), which promotes business between the following:
It is an agreement between You as the user of the Web Site and Indileader.com. The expressions “You” “Your” or “User(s)” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Web Site for any purpose.
The above mentioned users are subjected to the Terms and Conditions which are set out below. The user accepts the Terms and Conditions in order use this Web Site. Upon the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, they are binding upon the user. We (“the Company Indileader”) may revise the Terms and Conditions anytime by updating this section. You are advised to visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. The access to the Company’s Web Site and its services will be terminated only upon acommunication passed to the Company that any change is unacceptable otherwise the continuous use of the website will constitute as acceptance of all changes and they will be binding upon the user.

Specific Uses for Jobseekers and Employers
Upon payment of the Service Fee to the Company or upon acceptance of any free trial promotion offer (if any), the Job Seekerwill be entitled to use the Indileader.com to apply job vacancies on the Company’s Web Site for a predetermined period following agreement of the predetermined service.Jobseeker agree that they will only use the website (and any other sites accessed through this site) for lawful purposes and to seek employment. Job seekers may send their resume directly to any Employer who advertises on or through the Company Web Sites. Alternatively the Job seeker may send the resume to the Company through Indileader.com in reply to any job advertisement. In such an event the Jobseeker’s resume will also remain active on Indileader.com for a predetermined period and, unless the Jobseeker chooses to delete it and such data will thereafter be stored in the Company’s Database at the Job seeker’s own risk. The Company also reserves the right to edit any Job seeker’s resume as it deems fit. The Company will not release the Job seeker’s personal data to any potential employer without his permission but the Company will release the Job seeker’s brief resume (without his name and address) to third parties through the use of the Company’s search engine or any other means. However Job seekers do agree that the Company and its associated companies may use the Job seeker’s personal data for marketing purposes. Further the Company will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any Employer, whether in India or elsewhere, should use the Job seeker’s personal data for any other use other than for obtaining potential employees. Job seekers accept that personal data given to Employers or other users are given entirely at their own risk.In the event that any Job Seeker should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other fees or changes due to the Company, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Employer’s web page or advertisement, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies.
Employers agree that they will only use the website (and any other sites accessed through this site) for lawful purposes and to advertise job vacancies and/or create their own web page on the Company’s Web Site. Employers will also be entitled to access the Company’s Jobseekers Database but agree that all information obtained will only be used for the purpose of obtaining potential employees. Employers will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their advertisement and/or web page. The Company reserves the right to edit any advertisement or web page as it sees fit. Employers acknowledge and agrees to the Company’s practice of charging Job Seekers a minimal fee for accessing the website’s database and to the Job seeker’s resumes and details. The Employers also recognizes that he has no claims to any such fees received by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the Service Fee or institute new charges or fees, as it deems appropriate.
Specific Uses for Supplier and buyer
INDILEADER.COM provides an on-line platform to facilitate interaction between buyers and suppliers of products and services. INDILEADER.COM does not represent the seller or the buyer in transactions and does not charge any commission for enabling any transaction. INDILEADER.COM does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Web Site or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase. User(s) are cautioned that there may be risks of dealing with foreign nationals or people acting under false pretences on the Web Site. Web Site uses several tools and techniques to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided by User(s). INDILEADER.COM however, cannot and does not confirm each User(s)’s purported identity on the Web Site. INDILEADER.COM encourages User(s) to evaluate the User(s) with whom they would like to deal with and use the common prudence while dealing with them.
User(s) agree to fully assume the risks of any transactions ("Transaction Risks") conducted on the basis of any content, information or any other material provided on the Web Site and further assume the risks of any liability or harm of any kind arising due to or caused in connection with any subsequent activity relating to any products or services that are the subject of any such transaction.
The Vendors accept that they shall be liable to pay the Service Fee of Indileader.com to post their advertisements on Indileader.com.
Such risks include, but are not limited to, misrepresentation of products and services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, defective or dangerous products, unlawful products, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost miscalculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract and transportation accidents.
Such risks also include the risks that the manufacture, importation, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the Web Site may violate or may be asserted to violate Third Party Rights, and the risk that that User(s) may incur costs of defense or other costs in connection with third parties' assertion of Third Party Rights, or in connection with any claims by any party that they are entitled to defense or indemnification in relation to assertions of rights, demands or claims by Third Party Rights claimants.
Such risks further include the risks that r the purchasers, end-users of products or others claiming to have suffered injuries or harms relating to product originally obtained by User(s) of the Web Site as a result of purchase and sale transactions in connection with using any content, information or any other material provided on the Web Site may suffer harms and/or assert claims arising from their use of such products.
User(s) agree that INDILEADER.COM shall not be liable or responsible for any damages, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions or expenditures of any kind that may occur/arise as a result of or in connection with any Transaction Risks. User(s) are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of any content, information or any other material provided on the Web Site , including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transportation and storage. In the event of a dispute with any party to a transaction, User(s) agrees to release and indemnify INDILEADER.COM (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction

The graphics, images, editorial content and HTML on all the Indileader.com are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded or otherwise duplicated without the express written permission of the Company. Re-use of any of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and the Company reserves all rights.
Responsibility
The Company may not monitor its Web Sites at all times but reserves the right to do so. The Company takes no responsibility whatsoever for any material input by any user or others and not posted by the Company. All users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume, advertisement, web page or material contained therein placed by them. The Company is not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Indileader.com; links are provided as internet navigation tools only. The Company does not warrant that any resume, advertisement or web page will be viewed by any specific number of users or that it will be viewed by any specific user. The Company is not in anyway to be considered to be an agent with respect to any user’s use of the Indileader.com and the Company will not be responsible in any way for any decision, for whatever reason made, made by any party seeking or posting jobs on the Indileader.com.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS WEB SITES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS WEB SITES AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF USE OF THE WEB SITES OR THEIR CONTENTS RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, BY ANY USER, THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE INDILEADER.COM AND THEIR CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE FOREGOING, ANY IN RESPECT OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFERINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENTS, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS AND LINKS OF THE INDILEADER.COM.
Own Risk
All USERS USE THE INDILEADER.COM AND ANY OTHER WEB SITES ACCESSED THROUGH IT, AT ENTIRELY THEIR OWN RISK. ALL users are responsible for their own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any of the communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Any reliance by users on material posted by other users will be at their own risk. The Company reserves the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to the Indileader.com, at any time for breaching this Agreement or violating the law and also reserves the right to remove any material which is abusive, illegal or disruptive.

These are provided solely as a convenience to you and not in any way as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such third-party Web Sites. If any user accesses any linked third party Web Sites, they do so entirely at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for the content of any third party Web Sites linked to its Web Sites and does not make any representations or warranties regarding the contents or accuracy of materials on such third-party Web Sites. Further any material or details posted in the Company Web Sites by any user may be viewed by users of other web sites linked to the Indileader.com and the Company will not be responsible for any improper use by any user or third party from linked third party web sites of any data or materials posted on the Indileader.com.
Indemnity
All users agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses or damages arising from or resulting from their use of the Indileader.com or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.
Disclaimer
THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY ANY USER WHATSOEVER ARISING OR RESULTING FROM THEIR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE INDILEADER.COM AND ITS CONTENTS.
Limitation of Liability Without prejudice to the above, the aggregate liability by the Company to any user for all claims arising from their use of the Company’s services and the Indileader.com shall be limited to the amount of the existing package fee subscribed to and paid for by the user (if any) and operative at that time.
Governing laws and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the Indileader.com shall be governed by the laws of India and both you and the Company submit to the Jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
Limited Liability
We limit our liability to the fullest extend allowed by law. We will not be liable for any unintentional damage, any actual, incidental, or consequential damage, or for any loss of claim of any kind. Some jurisdiction do not allow us to have a broad limit on our liability. If you are dissatisfied with any of the service or portion of the services or with any statement in these terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and, if you are using any of our subscription Services, Cancel your subscription. Our liability in any matter related to the services or these terms is limited to the aggregate amount you paid us during the subscription period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Termination or Suspension of your Account
We may terminate, suspend, limit your access to Services without advanced notice and refund if you breach or act inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms orIndileader Rules, in such a case you will not be entitled for refund of subscription fees.
